Spent some time on this today and wanted to compare notes.
I've gone back and forth between Ollama and vLLM for FLUX. The interesting difference for me has been INT4.
What would you pick if you had to live with it for a few months?
For context, I'm not chasing leaderboard numbers. I mostly want the system to feel consistent day to day.

What worked for me was pretty simple. On B200, the easiest win is often to back off the aggressive settings and see whether the problem survives.

I'd start with the simpler stack.

Appreciate the detail. I ended up in about the same place using llama.cpp. I got better results once I stopped chasing one metric and just looked at whether the workflow felt usable.

My first guess would be this: Start by verifying the driver/runtime combo, then test with a smaller prompt, then look at workstation thermals.

Ran a quick check on my box. The issue went away once I changed one setting and restarted the stack cleanly. The main thing that moved was latency, not quality.
