M3 Max for local use on B200

Did a bit of testing and thought I'd post the result here.

Short version: Ollama behaved well for me, but only after I stopped ignoring workstation thermals.

Nothing scientific here, just practical notes from a real setup.

Appreciate the detail. That matches what I saw on B200. The biggest change for me was simplifying the stack instead of adding one more optimization layer.
