vLLM vs SGLang for small teams - rocmcrate26 - 09-04-2026 Thought I'd post a small recipe because a lot of threads ask similar things. Just sharing a setup that ended up working reasonably well: Phi, vLLM, 5090, with a lot of attention on structured output. Maybe useful as a starting point for newer folks. I care more about stability than squeezing the last possible tokens/sec out of it. Re: vLLM vs SGLang for small teams - amberrunner - 09-06-2026 I don't think that's the whole story. I wouldn't optimize around that first. On my side the bigger swing came from the runtime and not the model. Could be a workload difference, but I wouldn't generalize too fast from one setup. I'm happy to test one more variant if you want a second data point. |
