Thought I'd post a small recipe because a lot of threads ask similar things.
Just sharing a setup that ended up working reasonably well: Qwen, TensorRT-LLM, A6000, with a lot of attention on batch size.
If someone wants the exact settings I can clean them up and post them.

Spent some time on this today and wanted to compare notes.
I've gone back and forth between llama.cpp and TensorRT-LLM for FLUX. The interesting difference for me has been tail latency.
Interested in tradeoffs more than fan loyalty.

Appreciate the detail. I ended up in about the same place using Ollama. I got better results once I stopped chasing one metric and just looked at whether the workflow felt usable.

Posting this in case it saves someone else a little time.
I'm helping a small team set up a local workflow. We don't need a giant stack, but we do care about reranking.
I'm especially interested in mistakes worth avoiding.
I care more about stability than squeezing the last possible tokens/sec out of it.
